About the role
As a QA engineer at ready2order you will be part of an agile cross-functional team that works on a core function of our product and take the ownership for the quality assurance and the automated testing with Cypress. You are passionate about shipping a product of highest quality and ensuring a stable and seamless experience for our users. Part of your responsibility is to pick up existing test cases and create new one’s, while ensuring proper testing documentation. You are a great team-player who is also capable of challenging the team if you see potential to improve our standards.

What you will do

<li>Work in a cross-functional team of engineers, a product manager and a delivery manager to create a Point of Sale product for thousands of ready2order merchants</li>
<li>Take ownership of the automated testing with Cypress and conduct manual testing of functionalities to ensure our product meets high quality standards and to guarantee a seamless and stable user experience</li>
<li>Collaborate with the developers to build new test cases and ensure a proper documentation of all tests</li>
<li>Develop and continuously improve our quality standards</li>
<li>Be familiar with continuous integration and continuous delivery and be able to serve quality assurance by testing on weekly basis in sprints</li>
<li>Report regularly the quality status during sprints and be able to test deliverables from the development team</li>

Your tasks:

<li>Optimizing and maintaining the platform</li>
<li>Communicating with customers and other stakeholders</li>
<li>Proactive representation of our products to startups via phone and email</li>
<li>Working closely with the sales and marketing team to boost growth</li>
<li>Gathering and analyzing customers' feedback</li>
<li>Researching and evaluating competitors</li>
<li>Complete daily administrative tasks and other ad-hoc assignments</li>
</ul>
Your profile:
<ul>
<li>Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Marketing &amp; Communications, Sales or in a relevant field of study</li>
<li>You have ideally gained first work experience and have a great interest in working with startups</li>
<li>You enjoy handling several tasks simultaneously, can work independently and in a diligent, structured and autonomous way</li>
<li>You love to communicate, possess a positive attitude and hands-on mentality</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)</li>
<li>You are available for at least 10-15 hours per week</li>

 Responsible for leading strategy to execution of effective paid media and multi-channel campaigns, aimed at driving ROAS and LTV in a high growth environment as the company expands full funnel.

Take charge of specialty-focus areas like landing page testing, mobile conversion optimization, new platform integrations, and referral marketing in coordination with our product and engineering teams.

Lead and develop a team of highly talented marketers and coordinate internal and external production and social media teams while driving growth and business impact.

Partner with the corporate sales team to develop content and paid media strategies to grow the corporate fitness business.

Collaborate with the myClubs sports network, customers and clients to generate original content and tell stories that inspire a healthy lifestyle. Manage PR campaigns and media deals.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years experience managing large advertising budgets driving lead generation for digital products in the sports, health or lifestyle space. 
</li>
<li>
Management experience (3+ years) for highly talented marketers, with the proven ability to delegate and grow talent in a fast-paced environment. 
</li>
<li>
An academic foundation via a masters's degree in a related field. Exceptions can be made with strong hands-on experience.
</li>
<li>
Deep understanding and proven ability to influence and lead strategy and execution towards an omni-channel execution. Understanding of  how to optimize for revenue, ROAS, and LTV as well as different attribution models and techniques, as is a plus. 
</li>
<li>
Analytical mindset and comfortable digging into the numbers, preparing high-level reports and drawing actionable insights. Savvy with analytical tools, reporting tools, and web analytics. 
</li>
<li>
Inherent problem-solving skills. You possess the experience, intellect and know-how to analyze, plan, execute and deliver top-notch results.
