As Business Operations Manager you will have two key missions
<h6>Launch &amp; scale networks in new countries</h6>
<ul>
<li>You will help our Ops team scale in new countries by launching networks able to manage expertise &amp; repairs for Luko</li>
<li>You will create a process to make sure that our networks use our tools properly, and constantly improve this process to gather data </li>
<li>You will be our go-to-person to ensure that our processes are adapted to fit country specifications - your inputs will be key to achieve this</li>
</ul>
<h6>Scale networks in France</h6>
<ul>
<li>You will continue scaling our networks in France in order to help our Ops team manage all claims faster and in a seamless way. You will identify, recruit and retain the perfect partners</li>
<li>You will make repair experience a unique and positive experience by developing our home services leveraging existing networks in order to make Luko the go-to one-stop shop for home caring</li>
<li>You are obsessed with operational excellence : you will be the owner of monitoring of operational excellence and processes and you will be expected to constantly identify improvement opportunities</li>
<li>You are a problem-solver first : you love findings ways to make things work better, faster, and stronger </li>
<li>You collaborate easily and you love scale: you will work with Product, Data, and App teams to ensure they understand the information they need to implement new models, and product features that have the largest possible impact</li>

Who are you?

Your mission in the team:

<li> You will lead the Machine Learning team, and its 5 amazing ML engineers, and be a champion for your team: grow and develop the team, helping each team member advance in their career.</li>
<li> You will own and develop the vision for Machine Learning at Luko: proactively identify real-life use-cases for ML solutions, develop models end-to-end following AI/ML research, deploy them on your architecture, and own them in the long-term</li>
<li> You will establish and maintain high standards within the team: share knowledge in performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices</li>

Who are you?

<li>You have 5+ years of experience delivering machine learning projects to production</li>
<li>You have experience leading a team of 3+ ML engineers</li>

The Core Insurance tribe
As part of Core Insurance, you are responsible for delivering the best insurance products in the market, using the most efficient technology, data, pricing and underwriting. You will make sure that Luko is using a unique stack and always has a significant competitive advantage in its markets.
<h5>Your mission in the team:</h5>
Luko is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with experience working with core insurance software systems such as pricing, digital policy, risk carrying and more. 
You will be working on all systems either directly or through other technical product managers reporting to you. You will also drive the vision, strategy and roadmap to help the team design and build the best on the market core insurance systems to enable the insurance products and services we offer to hundreds of thousands of beneficiaries in France, Germany and Spain. 
<h6>Your responsibilities:</h6>

<li>Own the vision and strategy of the Core Insurance products.</li>
<li>Define the roadmap, plan and deliver on it, defining new features to meet your internal customers’ needs.</li>
<li>Deep-dive into data and analyse the (expected) impact to prioritise the roadmap and determine success.</li>
<li>Anticipate challenges, make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.</li>
<li>Partner with other product managers, business line managers, underwriters and tribe leaders.</li>
<li>Contribute to a company-wide roadmap and planning.</li>
<li>Challenge the status-quo and offer new ideas to improve our core insurance products.</li>
<li>Work with the Core Insurance Tribe Lead and engineering manager to define OKRs and work with the team to achieve them.</li>
<li>Manage other product managers to grow and deliver on their objectives.</li>

<h5>Who are you?</h5>
<ul>
<li>You have 7+ years of experience in product management</li>
<li>You have 2+ years of experience in managing other product managers and helping them grow</li>
<li>You have 2+ years of experience with core insurance systems and have successfully led product deliveries in an environment with multiple internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>You are comfortable participating in technical discussions and you are able to prioritise between features, technical and operational improvements.</li>
<li>You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with many competing resource needs that you are able to effectively prioritise and use to design a state of the art systems.</li>
<li>You are at home with understanding when to build a one-time solution and when to productise it for multiple markets and customers.</li>
<li>You are able to synthesise information that helps you determine the impact and define the best possible feature.</li>
<li>You are impact-driven and used to working with hypothesises that help you drive the team and align on the expected outcome with stakeholders.</li>
