We’re looking for a graphic design working student to join our Marketing &amp; Communications Team. </p>
<p lang="EN-GB" xml:lang="EN-GB" xml:lang="EN-GB"> As a <strong>Graphic Design Working Student </strong>you will support our Communications &amp; Marketing team in creating beautiful design solutions within a fast moving, agile environment. You are empathetic, have great organisational skills and an ability to understand how to make a complex product look and feel great with simple solutions. You have a passion for graphic design and visual arts, and you are great at communicating your design choices. </p>
<h3>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities </h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Create and communicate concepts ideas from first moods to final deliverables.  </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Apply visual consistency and continuity of brand across a variety of deliverables.   </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Apply your design skills, creativity and knowledge to create visual assets such as icons and illustrations for our brand. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experiment with graphics in the 4th dimension by creating simple yet engaging animations.  </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work closely with other departments and external partners advocating for Fernride design guidelines and brand identity with confidence.  </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with other teams from product and operations to HR and engineering to create engaging print and digital materials. </p>
</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent skills in InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite tools and are comfortable designing (and sometimes prototyping) with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Some first experience and interest in motion graphics.  </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Passion for design and visual trends, understanding different format and content requirement of various channels. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You enjoy being part of collaborative cross-functional teams, where you provide insightful and constructive feedback to improve the overall user experience. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You are able to provide a brief explanation in your application of why you are excellent for this role, ideally while highlighting your skills by showcasing past or current projects in a portfolio. </p>
