Support our Growth team in taking Upvest to the next level as we go to market with our pan-European Investment API. We double our headcount from 30 to 60 over the next 6 months, and are looking for motivated self-starters to support us during a busy and exciting summer. Working alongside our Business Development Lead Alex, your main focus will be around optimizing our sales process, making it a seamless and delightful experience, first and foremost for the customer, but also for our internal stakeholders.

This role will give you the opportunity to:
Contribute to the evolution of our Growth team by bringing your knowledge and passion to support our Go-to-market over the course of the summer, and potentially beyond:
Conduct independent market research to identify, collect, manage and analyze relevant business opportunities
Create and conduct targeted outbound campaigns
Support the Growth team in creating compelling engagement programs for potential customers
Develop and execute initiatives designed to establish and optimize sales process efficiency and productivity
Spot ways to improve the usage of and interaction with our CRM tooling
Elevate the Growth team with support on the internal knowledge sharing tools
Collaborate cross-functionally, supporting the team with external (clients, partners, etc.) and internal (product team, legal team, etc.) stakeholders
You’re eager to learn & passionate about the Fintech industry
You have experience with customer-centric sales processes and customer communication
You are currently doing your MBA or have just graduated
You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
You like a good challenge and have enjoy taking responsibility
