The team:
We are a scale-up with 50+ team members and functional collaborators in 5 different locations. We are growing across Europe by building up small and nimble high-impact teams. We do not have boundaries when it comes to achieve goals. Being in this scale-up phase of our business, there will be numerous opportunities for our people to be stretched and challenged in their role, and outside of it.
The leaders in the company have different background and come from various age groups. This provides our team with an interesting blend of characteristics. Your tasks:

<li>driving continuous improvements to one or more product areas or processes</li>
<li>prioritisation and execution of initiatives</li>
<li>detailing specs for new initiatives through gathering of functional and non-functional features, translating requirements into tasks</li>
<li>running retrospectives, stand-ups and demos</li>
<li>analysing initiatives with designers, developers, specialists and other stakeholders</li>
<li>coordinating and aligning everyone involved</li>
<li>digging into problems to reveal underlying, un-obvious problems</li>
<li>working closely with Product Managers helping them shape and execute on Packhelp's vision</li>
