About the role
As Communications Manager at Bitpanda, you will be responsible for building Bitpanda’s reputation in France and position the company as a fintech thought leader in the field of investment. Reporting directly into the Country Manager, you will work closely with the Global Head of Comms to build and implement the communications strategy for your market, while building relationships and seizing opportunities.

<h2>Job description</h2>
You will work hand-in-hand with everyone in the team (lead dev, frontend dev, project owner, founders…) to design and build our core SaaS system :
<ul>
<li>APIs based on data to optimize availability, refurbishment efficiency…</li>
<li>Manage the data flow between all systems (internal APIs, SAAS, partners e.g. warehouse, data lake)</li>
<li>Provide BI tools to the team</li>
<li>Develop on our Frontend made in React Typescript</li>
</ul>
Keywords: NestJS, React, Typescript, Node, ExpressJS, APIs, Clever Cloud (French Heroku), TDD/BDD, SemaphoreCI, Github, automation.
You will be one of the early employees (Lizee is currently a team of 25, growing fast).

Missions:
En lien avec la Responsable satisfaction clients et process, vous serez en charge des missions principales suivantes:
Échanger avec les opérateurs sur les priorités quotidiennes. Former les opérateurs aux différents outils informatiques créés par Lizee. Former les opérateurs aux procédures mises en place par Lizee sur la gestion des retours colis et de leur remise à neuf notamment. Contrôler la bonne application des procédures au quotidien. Remonter les dysfonctionnements aux managers. Être force de proposition sur les améliorations à mettre en place et sur les contraintes terrains. Mise en place de rapports et KPIs avec l’entrepôt.
