<h2>THE ROLE</h2>
The IT Manager, you will be our first dedicated Information Technology expert at Dronamics. You will lead the effort to provide easy-to-use, secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions to support our company’s growth over multiple geographies. We need someone who will maintain existing systems, recommend and implement new solutions, manage projects, and coordinate with external IT partners. Being a startup, we need someone who is not afraid to tackle whatever issues arise - from troubleshooting day-to-day employee issues to developing strategies and policies to ensure security and performance.

<h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>
<ul>

Create and implement IT policies and systems to support the execution of strategies set by upper management
</li>
<li>
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems; manage the implementation of solutions and provide training to users across the organization
</li>

With support from administrative staff, oversee employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including the acquisition, inventorying, and provisioning of hardware and software,
</li>

Set up IT infrastructure at new facilities and ensure continual operation of existing networks
</li>

Respond to employee tech support requests through a ticket tracking system
</li>
<li>
Conduct or coordinate equipment maintenance and repair
</li>

Manage IT vendors and serve as the key point of contact unless escalated

Develop, review, and certify all backup and disaster recovery procedures

Create and maintain written documentation to include user and system manuals, policies and procedures

<h2>REQUIREMENTS</h2>

Degree in IT-related field or equivalent years of experience

Program/project management experience in a busy IT environment

Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, cyber security, network, office IT setup and systems administration, and phone systems

Experience with G-suite or similar

<li>
Experience with information security concepts and industry standards in adherence to security frameworks is a plus

Embedded systems engineers are responsible for the development and integration of both new and existing communication and control modules and supporting systems. As an Embedded Systems Engineer, you will have, or gain, a thorough understanding of all drone systems, their integration and customization. Your role is multidisciplinary, and you will be working closely with other avionics engineers, as well as with colleagues across a number of functions, including production, design, testing, and operations. Given the frequency of international partnerships, communication skills and foreign language command are both very important, and needless to say the ability to work as part of a team is crucial.
 
<h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>

Ensure that newly installed systems and those that have been repaired meet the necessary requirements

CAD Engineer is responsible for the creation of 3D models of the aircraft components to ensure precision to the smallest details. You will go through a general process of planning and development to the design and manufacture of products. Your role is multidisciplinary, and you will be working closely with other design engineers, as well as with colleagues across a number of functions, including production, avionics, testing, and operations. Given the frequency of international partnerships, communication skills and foreign language command are both very important, and needless to say the ability to work as part of a team is crucial.
 
<h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>

Design, develop and engineer high-quality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools.

Interact with other design engineers and engineers from other departments to obtain critical design information necessary to complete projects within the intended time frame.
