We are looking for a talented PA to join our Management team and assist our C levels.
As Personal Assistant C level you will:
<ul>
<li>Provide assistance for Toqio’s executive-level leadership.</li>
<li>Communicate and interact with senior-level personnel, Directors, and external collaborators and contacts to assist with departmental objectives.Provide professional representation for the function.</li>
<li>Provide executive leadership with extensive and continuous calendar management, domestic and international travel management, expense management, event registrations and detailed meeting plan management, and all other executive support.</li>
<li>Ensure that executive leadership is informed of priorities, deadlines and challenges. Assist executive leadership in tracking key operational metrics by organizing and compiling data, researching facts, and coordinating information retrieval.</li>
<li>Efficient time management with the nuances of complex administrative assistance at the executive level.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of team and company information.</li>
<li>Respond to a wide variety of requests for information, policies and procedures, and executive action. Analyze needs and problems and determine approach and priority.</li>
<li>Assist with contract administration as needed including obtaining signatures, scanning and electronic filing.</li>
<li>Operate independently with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Act as representative of executive leadership regarding internal and external relations and correspondences and screening communications.</li>
<li>Arrange on- and off-site meetings, events, appointments &amp; travel for departmental leadership with supporting materials as needed.</li>
<li>Track internal and external contacts and maintain contact databases.</li>
<li>Provide back-up administrative support to other departments as necessary.</li>

Experience required:

People Operations is the glue, enabling the business to achieve set goals. We are shooting for the stars and are on the lookout for an Office (super) Hero to join our People Operations in Madrid to take care of the team of 40 people in Madrid (and counting - the total number including Finland and Poland is soon approaching 150).
We have a bunch of stuff in store for you, to name a few upcoming highlights: moving the Madrid office, help with onboarding new colleagues in Spain, and of course, learning a whole lot about real estate every day! 
What you will do:
The primary focus of this role lies in owning and developing the office administrative processes and initiatives. There is a lot of ad-hoc stuff but generally, the tasks can be divided into the three main categories:

<li>Office management:
<ul>
<li>New office Project Management.</li>
<li>Looking after our team members in Madrid. They are all rather independent and mature professionals, and only occasionally would need your guidance ;)</li>
<li>Taking care of the office, equipment, packages, office snacks, drinks, … you name it.</li>
<li>Office admin stakeholder management: staff, cleaning providers, various suppliers, and contractors.</li>
<li>Team events and miscellaneous ad-hoc initiatives.</li>

<li>Executive assistance to our Management Team:

Your mission: As a Risk Specialist at Bitpanda, your mission is to monitor and investigate online transactions for fraud and money laundering patterns, in order to mitigate suspicious behavior.
