Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the affiliates activities with a solid understanding of such industry</li>

<li>Experience in working at a high-growth tech company, affiliate or performance-based partner marketing is preferred</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop, manage and optimize a performance-based affiliate program to drive new user acquisition</li>
<li>Own this channel from end-to-end including ideation, strategic vision, working with affiliates, creator partners, internal stakeholders and reporting results</li>
<li>Proactively source affiliate partners through outreach, social networks, marketplace sites and direct recruiting to hit monthly growth goals</li>
<li>Manage and optimize existing affiliate partners: provide appropriate customer support, maintain direct communication, recommend new campaigns for affiliates, analyze performance and provide feedback, monitor affiliate activity, keep affiliates up to date, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance</li>
<li>Build community and deepen relationships with existing affiliates, organize promotions and special events for affiliates</li>
<li>Source and engage with other performance-based traffic sites</li>
<li>Analyze campaigns and develop strategies for promoting the program</li>
<li>Create reporting that shows program metrics and insights, including the number of partners, conversion rates per affiliate, number of acquired customers and leads through affiliates</li>
<li>Proactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized and focused on</li>
<li>Manage channel revenue and profitability according to the company mission and business goals</li>
<li>Oversee budget planning</li>

Requirements:

<li>A fluent English speaker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in online community building and management</li>
<li>Proven track record of delivering results within the online community space</li>
<li>Experience working with online community platforms such as Slack, Discord, Circle, etc.</li>
<li>Public speaking and networking skills, as you are expected to run live events for the community and act as a brand ambassador</li>
<li>Editorial or content writing experience, as this role involves the regular drafting and posting of high-quality and timely online content</li>

Requirements:

<li>At least 2 years of experience in written content creation, copywriting (ideally targeted at enterprise B2B clients)</li>
