We are looking for a passionate, organised, and creative individual with a proven track record of successfully planned and executed marketing strategies in B2B SaaS. Someone who knows how to use creativity to reach the numbers. A marketer who is unafraid to take initiative and  won’t stop until we fulfill our vision: that every hotel in the world uses Flexkeeping!

 

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and executing digital marketing strategies in cooperation with  company leadership and the marketing team. Your main goal will be to position Flexkeeping as the no. 1 hotel housekeeping and team communication software on the market.

 

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing, planning and prioritising the overall marketing production plan
  • Reviewing, planning and ensuring that the team is doing the right mix of activities and tasks which will lead us to achieve overall strategic objectives and KPIs
  • Reporting on key funnel and campaign metrics using various tools
  • Writing content briefs for copywriters
  • Assuring all written content is SEO optimised, appropriately structured, uses the right tone of voice and is well distributed across all channels
  • Editing website content, creating new landing pages and implementing various tools (like Hubspot contact forms, Hotjar etc)
  • Making sure all company communications use the right visual and written tone of voice
  • Scheduling and managing all social media channel communications
  • Managing, preparing and executing all email communications (newsletters, promotions, sales campaigns etc)
  • Organising and maintaining all contact / email lists
  • Conducting regular keyword research and suggesting website and content improvements
  • Managing designers to create materials in line with our visual communication guidelines
  • Administrating and updating marketplace listings
  • Executing persona research
  • Managing all content distribution
  • Constant online competitive research & identifying opportunities
  • Researching growth hacking opportunities

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONALITY

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS marketing
  • You know how to implement, manage and analyse results in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush and similar
  • Excellent knowledge of HubSpot or another similar Marketing and Sales CRM tool
  • You can do basic design using Adobe products and build websites using Webflow
  • You have done buyer persona research in the past
  • You know your way around SM management and content distribution
  • Highly proficient spoken and written level of English
  • Excellent project manager skills
  • You are reliable, proactive, independent and responsible. In fact - those are your middle names!
  • Superb communication skills including hands-on copywriting skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • An eye for design
  • Determined to achieve company goals
  • High level of independence and ownership
  • Motivated and passionate
  • Video editing skills are a PLUS
