You will join the CSM (Customer Success Manager) team and report to the Operational CSM. 
Your mission during the 6 months will be:

<li>Set up the web platforms and product catalogs of the new clients of Lizee</li>
<li>Assist the Operational CSM in the restocking phase of its clients’ products</li>
</ul>
Main responsibilities:
Configuration of the new rental platform
<ul>
<li>Set up of the rental website from the new client: conception and design (images, video, copywriting) of the platform under the guidance of the Operational CSM</li>
<li>SEO implementation</li>
<li>Manage the development of the website with the expert at the clients’ side</li>
<li>Website verification on different devices and language check</li>
<li>Set up of the notification emails</li>
</ul>
Management of the creation the product catalog
<ul>
<li>Set up of the product files</li>
<li>Set up of the delivery mode</li>
<li>Management of the content and design of the product sheets with the product expert at the customers’ side</li>
<li>Verification of the product sheets</li>
</ul>
Actions before the final delivery of the platform
<ul>
<li>Verification of the entire customer journey before the delivery of the configured rental website to the client</li>
</ul>
Assist the Operational CSM in the restocking phase of the existing clients
<ul>
<li>Creating new products under the direction of the Operational CSM and according to the customer brief</li>
<li>Coordination with the logistics department</li>
