What We Need

 
We are looking for a People & Culture Associate (m/w/d). In this role you will support the People & Culture Manager in all operational HR topics along the employee life cycle.

 
What You’ll Do

 
- 
- Personnel administration, data maintenance and creation of documents
- Coordinating the external payroll accounting and authorities
- Processing of labor law and payroll-related issues
- Administrative and organizational support regarding office management, recruiting, onboarding, learning & development, personnel controlling, ...
- Collaborating in national and international HR projects






 
What You Have

 
- 
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, with focus on Human Resources
- Professional experience in human resources is a plus
- Interest in high-growth companies and e-commerce
- Very good knowledge of labor law, payroll know-how is a plus
- High commited team player with hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and English
