<h2>THE ROLE</h2>
The IT Manager, you will be our first dedicated Information Technology expert at Dronamics. You will lead the effort to provide easy-to-use, secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions to support our company’s growth over multiple geographies. We need someone who will maintain existing systems, recommend and implement new solutions, manage projects, and coordinate with external IT partners. Being a startup, we need someone who is not afraid to tackle whatever issues arise - from troubleshooting day-to-day employee issues to developing strategies and policies to ensure security and performance.

<h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>

Create and implement IT policies and systems to support the execution of strategies set by upper management

Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems; manage the implementation of solutions and provide training to users across the organization

The People Operations Partner is an essential part of the People team support system of Dronamics’ global teams in their pursuit of reaching the organization's goals.

Structural Engineer is responsible for the design of the aircraft structure that must endure the stresses and pressures inflicted during flight and landing. You will configure structures, choose appropriate material, inspect the manufacturing process, and ensure the structural soundness of the aircraft structure. Your role is multidisciplinary, and you will be working closely with other design engineers, as well as with colleagues across a number of functions, including production, avionics, testing, and operations. Given the frequency of international partnerships, communication skills and foreign language command are both very important, and needless to say the ability to work as part of a team is crucial.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (m/f/d)

Our mission at DRONAMICS is to democratize airfreight and lower the cost of shipping in emerging markets. To achieve this, we are developing a new type of cargo airplane, one that is small, unmanned and extremely fuel-efficient. It can transport 350 KG over 2,500 KM for a cost that's at least 50% lower than other airplanes. It flies autonomously, can be monitored and managed remotely via satellite, and the whole system costs less than a sports car. This is the kind of technology that can transform whole economies.
At first, it didn't sound possible, but we keep proving it is, which is why we've called it “The Black Swan”. It can land on short and unpaved runways, enabling on-demand point-to-point flights and speedy same-day delivery even to the most remote locations that would otherwise take days to reach over ground or sea.

<h2>THE ROLE</h2>
Test Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing the tests that validate the quality and design functionality of our aircraft. You will be involved in all phases of the testing program, from designing the test parameters to conducting the tests and writing up final test procedures. Your role is multidisciplinary, and you will be working closely with other design engineers, as well as with colleagues across a number of functions, including production, avionics, testing, and operations. Given the frequency of international partnerships, communication skills and foreign language command are both very important, and needless to say the ability to work as part of a team is crucial.

Writing up test procedures for the test technicians and working closely with the production department.

The Design Engineer is responsible for the creation of 3D models of the aircraft components to ensure precision to the smallest details. You will go through a general process of planning and development to the design and manufacture of products. Your role is multidisciplinary, and you will be working closely with other design engineers, as well as with colleagues across a number of functions, including production, avionics, testing, and operations. Given the frequency of international partnerships, communication skills and foreign language command are both very important, and needless to say the ability to work as part of a team is crucial.
