<h5>Your daily business will involve</h5>
<ul><li>Lead engagements with our customers, manage complex implementations, serve as central point of communication around overall project status, progress towards milestones and potential issues and risks</li>
<li>Synthesize &amp; communicate key customer feedback internally to help shape our product roadmap</li>
<li>Track account health &amp; churn risks, identify growth opportunities and work proactively to deliver an outstanding customer experience</li>
<li>Manage ongoing relationships with each of our customers to coordinate the use of their respective solution with view to the customer-defined business goals and desired outcomes</li>
<li>Work closely with our Sales team to drive expansions and new opportunities </li>
<li>Collaborate with the whole Customer Success team to develop industry leading processes and best practices for delivering success to clients</li>
<li>Up to 20% travel for customer meetings, conferences or trade shows</li>
</ul><h5>Your profile</h5>
<ul><li>Experienced professional with 4+ years relevant industry expertise, battery know-how is highly desirable</li>
<li>Analytically minded, innately curious and with a proven ability to execute in a customer-focused environment and nurture and advocate for customers across a cross-functional organization</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers</li>
<li>Bachelors or higher degree in Engineering or Science</li>
<li>Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth; strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models </li>
<li>Thoughtful communicator with clear and concise verbal and written skills in German and English</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time and drive them to successful completion</li>

<p>As a <strong>Head of Customer Success ( m/f/d) </strong>you will be building and leading our Customer Success team working in different disciplines, such as identifying, developing, and creating new relationships with leading European enterprise customers. Ideally, for this position, you take ownership, you are ambitious, and you strive for improvement through various activities. As we are a startup, you will have an opportunity to impact the foundation of our processes as well as its culture. </p>
<h3>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities </h3>
<ul><li>Build, manage and lead a team of high professional customer project managers during FERNRIDEs scaling towards a variety of customers.</li>
<li>Coach and develop the team of project managers technically and personally to shape a "gold star" customer success team.</li>
<li>Represent the customer's needs in internal alignments. </li>
<li>Define FERNRIDEs customer success principles with the team.</li>
<li>Management oversight of customer care with data driven decision making.</li>
<li>Establish the playbook of customer success at FERNRIDE to ensure high quality scaling of customers.</li>
<li>Visible leader in all customer sites.</li>
