What would be your mission?
  • You lead the establishment of our training & enablement team, whose mission is to train our internal and external stakeholders around climate action topics as well as community building
  • You develop a strategic vision for this (new) team with clear milestones for the upcoming months
  • You support the team in creating training concepts, content, and delivery plans, and lead them with your outstanding experience & vision
  • You oversee all operative tasks related to training & enablement, including attendance management, certification, recordings, and more
  • You closely work with our other customer services teams, especially Customer Support, Onboarding, Climate Action, as well as Carbon Intelligence
  • You establish Planetly as a leader in climate action enablement
Who is our best match?
  • You have previous working experience (4+ yrs) in the training & enablement space, ideally in a mix of virtual & physical environments
  • You strive when you have the opportunity to build & design something from scratch
  • You are a trusted advisor & coach for your team members, customers and partners, and lead by example
  • You have both, a strategic and operational mindset to make knowledge & expertise easily understandable, and bring it to a wider audience
  • You set the highest quality standards for yourself, your team and your (training) products
  • You excel in communication, and are fluent in written and spoken English and German
