Your daily business will involve

  • Work closely with the Sales team throughout the presales process including the preparation of proposals and strategizing how to win deals   
  • Liaise with other groups throughout the organization (Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product) to tackle urgent matters, and to implement workflow improvements that help ensure smooth overall operation 
  • Build strong technical relationships with prospective customer teams to ensure TWAICE has “first look” when new projects arise 
  • Structure, document and communicate customer projects or upselling during internal solution sketching 
  • Deliver initial analysis, simulations on the customer’s own battery data to show the business value of the TWAICE Battery Analytics Solutions to interested customers
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handoff, a positive onboarding, and overall user experience with an eye towards unlocking expansion opportunities  
  • Develop deep product expertise with the TWAICE Battery Analytics Solutions and apply it to help solve our customers’ most challenging battery problems 
  • Be a TWAICE storyteller, able to deliver engaging product demonstrations, both in-person and via web conference, to support sales, business development and general thought leadership activities

Your profile

  • B.S. or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
  • 4+ years of direct experience in the battery industry or a related field, excluding academic experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and Englisch, especially in communicating complex technical conversations to a non-technical audience
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time and drive them to successful completion
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented
