Identify, engage and hire Upvengers who are as passionate as we are to work on the challenge of empowering anyone to invest. As an organisation, we understand the importance of hiring which you'll see first hand starting with our leaders. In your role you'll work closely with a mix of teams, translating the hiring plans into a recruiting strategy with a focus on speed, an outstanding candidate experience and running an effective search. Contribute to our company goals by hiring the people who will build, create or sell our product (we're B2B) by bringing your recruiting know-how and passion for growing teams. Working alongside our existing Talent Partner, Pietro you'll focus on hiring across multiple teams with a strong focus on Tech roles. Partnering with hiring managers from an initial kick-off meeting through to closing the candidates and everything in-between, you’ll keep a close eye on your conversion rates and key metrics. How will you do this? By championing balanced and diverse candidate pipelines which emphasise quality rather than quantity of applications and evolving our recruiting best practices by levelling up the training and support we provide to our hiring teams.
You've already gained first-hand experience in a high-volume growth environment as part of a small T.A. team or as an individual contributor. You are passionate about recruiting and the impact this can have, both for the candidate and organisation, when the magic comes together. Equally important is how you think about those candidates who don't make it to the offer stage and how we treat them regardless of the outcome. You don't settle on accepting the status quo, are experienced managing and executing employer branding initiatives that help us stand out in a very competitive market. You are organised and structured in your approach with a bias for action and seeing things through to completion - even when the going gets tough.
