You will be working as our Head of Prevention of Financial Crimes in the Product department of the FairMooney Microfinance bank. You will be responsible for defining & implementing a world-class product experience which not only allows users to elevate their experience of managing their financial services but also to do it in a compliant way which is devoid of any fraud & abuse

You will be part of the Product Team alongside our CPO, Rohan, Product Managers, Product Designers and Product Researchers.


Your mission will be to :

  • Work closely with the compliance, fraud monitoring & AML functions & enable the product & engineering teams to deliver solutions which address their needs
  • You thrive working in ambiguity & a fast-paced environment. Amidst this ambiguity, you develop, maintain & revise prioritized product roadmaps and backlogs and then efficiently execute to ship the product experiences & functionalities which deliver user delight and positively impact our business.
  • Coordinate & cross-collaborate across different stakeholders to gather requirements, work on detailed and clear product specifications and work closely with the engineering team to deliver the products across all our existing & new channels
  • You have a strong growth & experiment-driven mindset with high proficiency in quantitative analyses, influencing with data (e.g. funnel, cohorts, segments, benchmarks), building business cases, and articulately communicating data-driven insights to all stakeholder
  • Build alignment across cross-functional partners (Business Units, Compliance, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Customer Support, etc.)
  • Easily & articulately communicate in a written & spoken form. You know how to tune your communication & influence outcomes basis the audience (C-level vs. Investors vs. day to day stakeholders).
  • Prioritize desired developments with foresight and clearly explain trade-offs in decision-making
  • Regardless of your title, you're not afraid to get into the trenches and get your hands dirty with execution.
