Kodit.io is coming to France! As a part of our expansion strategy, we are opening an office in Paris and are looking for an On-Site Renovation Manager to oversee multiple high quality renovation projects.

Our Renovations team adds value to apartments by delivering impecable remodelling solutions. We do comprehensive renovations, with high quality materials and our distinctive Nordic style. Our technology allows us to have a very precise estimate of timing & budget, while running a smooth and fast process across multiple simultaneous projects.

As an On-Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, coordinating construction workers and subcontractors, while making sure that projects are delivered on time, within the stipulated budget and with Kodit.io quality standards. 

Here are a few challenges we have for you:

  • Overseeing construction sites of multiple renovation projects.
  • Coordinating and directing construction teams, making sure they follow timings and quality standards.
  • Designing & implementing quality control processes.
  • Working together with the Design team to ensure all materials are delivered on time.
  • Benchmarking & selecting subcontractors and other partners/suppliers.
  • Implementing imrpovements to maximize the space and optimize the budget.

You are our perfect match if…

  • You have at least 5 years of experience managing multiple simultaneous renovation projects in the residential sector.
  • You solve problems quickly & efficiently.
  • You have previous experience leading and directing construction site teams.
  • You are familiar with tools like PrestoProject and AutoCAD.
  • You are detail-otriented and have high quality standards.
  • You are fluent in French.

These will help you to succeed in this role:

  • Degree in Architecture or Construction.
  • Good knowledge of the residential market in Paris.
  • Experience drawing floor plans.
  • English language skills.
