As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d), your responsibility is to consistently bring new, top talent to our team. You partner closely with our hiring managers to assess hiring needs, priorities, and recruiting channels. You deeply care for great candidate experience and are keen on positioning Fenride as an employer of choice within the automotive industry. As one of our early team members, you will have the chance to shape the foundation of our product and culture.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Run the daily operations of the full-cycle recruitment process
- Source and attract candidates directly through various social media platforms, professional groups, meet-ups, etc.
- Interview and assess candidates
- Coordinate case studies, and technical interviews
- Lead the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
- Keep both candidates and hiring managers informed and provide timely feedback
- Consistently maintain our ATS
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Plan and execute suitable recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce to Fernride
- Deliver recruitment reports, identify gaps, and propose changes based on data
