Here are some of the challenges we have for you:

  • Managing the work of the sales team;
  • Planning, accounting and motivating the sales team;
  • Support for the Team in the real estate brokerage process;
  • Implementation of sales plans;
  • Reporting the results of the Team's work;
  • Searching for solutions supporting the sales process;
  • Independent acquisition of real estate purchase / sale offers on the secondary market;
  • Conducting meetings with clients and presenting real estate;
  • Preparation of documents for the transaction;
  • Monitoring of market trends;
  • Work in the office and in the field.

You are our ideal Candidate if ...

  • You have min. one year of experience as a Real Estate Agent on the secondary market in Warsaw and min. one year of experience in running your own Sales Team;
  • Highly developed communication skills are no stranger to you;
  • You know the real estate market in Warsaw;
  • You have highly developed negotiation and sales skills as well as the ability to establish contact with the client;
  • You are distinguished by an attitude towards achieving goals and a proactive attitude;
  • You are characterized by the ability to make decisions, as well as dynamics in action;
  • You have a high personal culture and a very good organization of working time.
