Pimloc is looking for a B2B SaaS marketing expert who can set up and scale out the growth marketing function. This is a unique opportunity in a fast growing, well-funded, UK based deep tech business for a senior SaaS marketer to take the next step in their career. This role reports directly to the CEO and is a critical member of the integrated product team (which also includes sales and product).

  • Design, manage and implement customer acquisition initiatives

  • Responsible for acquiring new b2b trial customers for Secure Redact SaaS business; including small, medium and enterprise customers, with paid and organic channels

  • Responsible for managing the marketing funnel through to the inside sales team

  • Responsible for overseeing team members who manage product website, online product content and community management

  • Responsible for setting up metrics and reporting on performance and acquisition budget management

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Managing digital acquisition channels to acquire new B2B trial customers. Including paid and organic search, email, social and online events

  • Working closely with inside sales and product engineering to ensure good quality lead generation and marketing support across the whole sales funnel

  • Weekly reporting on KPIs and budgets (lead generation, conversions and cost per trial by channel)

  • Overseeing the marketing team; social, product content, CRM and community management

  • Manage creative, ad, landing page, pricing and proposition testing to optimise campaign results.

  • Work with product / engineering teams to improve user experience and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the funnel

The ideal, degree educated candidate will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS digital marketing role, used to working in a direct response environment

  • Proven track record in growth marketing for a B2B SaaS software business

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, data driven environment

  • Excellent analytical skills, proactive, can-do attitude

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills

  • Interest in emerging technologies

  • An ambition to grow their career and capabilities
