As senior brand and communications manager at Airbank, you are responsible for building long-lasting brand relationships by owning the narrative that Airbank tells to its customers, partners, and community. In this role you will work closely with the founders of Airbank and take ​ownership of ​the story Airbank tells across distribution channels.

You will be crafting meaningful and relevant narratives, creatives, and content for the full customer journey. Even though we are B2B company, you understand how to appeal to ​people, not businesses. This requires an outstanding creative finesse and an academic approach to sharpen and optimise the product-channel fit of Airbank. You will collaboratively sketch and plan creative ideas, work closely with our designers, engineers, and sales functions to develop cheerful journeys, and campaigns from ideation, planning, and development to execution, tracking, and analysis. ​

This role is designated to become a part of the ​core leadership team of Airbank, naturally evolving into Head of Communications or similar. ​In this role, you will be accountable for broadening the top of our funnel, and creating ​the most sophisticated business brands in Europe.


  • Own the end-to-end brand strategy: Develop and advance our end-to-end brand strategy to drive awareness for the Airbank brand. You own our brand book
  • Work with a team of expert marketers: Prepare, deploy and track budgets for our marketing efforts, including taking over management responsibility for junior marketers in the team, and coordinating efforts with third party providers and agencies
  • Manage our organic acquisition channels: Drive design and production of creative assets such as brand copy, sales assets, social media content, blog content, community marketing content and more. Together with your team, you will be overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
  • Shape Airbank's brand message: Create narratives and strategies focused on deeper customer engagement and product affinity
  • Conduct competitive intelligence: Monitor competition, including acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features
  • Make sure our organisation follows your guide: Coordinate with sales and marketing to boost brand awareness and stay within the guidelines of our brand book
  • Bridge company strategy and marketing strategy: Collaborate with your future team to shape the marketing strategy and fit it into the overall company strategy (including segmentation, USPs, funnels, marketing communication, channel mix, etc.)


  • Skills: Proven experience in building and presenting content across channels. A good understanding of our product and the fintech landscape in general. You live and breathe brand research and are committed to increasing lead engagement. 
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven work experience in Marketing for a Fintech or Enterprise SaaS solution. You know how to navigate Adobe's Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and have a quick hand in setting up creative assets. You are comfortable with operating with a high degree of autonomy, know how to work independently (you hold yourself accountable) and take on tasks that you don’t have immediate answers to.
