Lemonway est un Établissement de Paiement pan-européen qui propose une solution dédiée aux marketplaces B2B, B2C et C2C ainsi qu’aux plateformes de financement participatif. Plus concrètement, Lemonway offre un système de traitement des paiements et de collecte pour le compte de tiers dans un cadre sécurisé et réglementé (KYC, lutte anti-fraude). Utilisée dans plus de 15 pays européens, la société possède des bureaux à Paris, Londres, Milan, Madrid et prochainement Berlin.

Depuis sa co-création en 2007 par Antoine Orsini, la société Fintech emploie plus de 90 personnes et rassemble des dizaines de nationalités. Parallèlement, Damien Guermonprez co-dirige l’établissement de paiement depuis 5 ans . Lemonway bénéficie du « passeport financier » dans 29 pays en Europe grâce à l’obtention de la licence d’Établissement de Paiement fin 2012 auprès de l’ACPR. En 2018, Lemonway connaît une première levée de fonds de 10 millions d’euros avec Breega Capital et Speedinvest. Un an plus tard, en 2019, le fond d’investissement britannique ToscaFund Asset Management permet une accélération de la croissance de l’entreprise en apportant à son tour 25 millions d’euros.

Déjà leader sur le marché du crowdfunding en Europe, Lemonway a pour ambition de le devenir également auprès des marketplaces. En 2020, portée par cette croissance exceptionnelle et classée dans le FrenchTech120, elle déménage dans des locaux flambant neufs en plein cœur de Paris, à deux pas de la rue Montorgueil.

We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to play a key role in:

Up-leveling how our customer-facing organization leverages data to accelerate revenue growth.

Supporting commercial & marketing management team in its Go-to-Market strategy within our 4 core countries (FR, DE, SP, IT)

You will be reporting to Chief Commercial Officer and form a team with our Sales Operations Manager (Marco Pizzoni). You will be working very closely with the Customer Success, the Regional Management team, the Marketing team as well as the Finance team.

This is a great opportunity for a junior professional who wants to make a meaningful impact at a fast-growing company.

Key responsibilities for the role:

Ensure key metrics are built up, accurate and up-to-date (Net revenue retention, Churn rate: root cause & impact, Win-Loss ratio, Time to Revenue, Department Monthly KPIs,…) And build the right alert/communication system around it.

Support go to market strategy & steering:

Market/Segment size & verticals data consolidation and curation;Participate and prepare meetings on: approach strategy, steps & steering;Discovery study on additional Geographies/Targets.

  1. Participate Business Intelligence:

Perform ad-hoc reports, analyses, and create dashboards needed for the Sales management, and the whole department. Help drive useful insights for decision-making and planning;Assist Sales Operations Manager with internal tools and automation, working closely with the Growth team;Participate in Commercial & Marketing management meetings, in its preparation and minutes/actions steering.

Preferred experience


Desired skills

Strong analytical skills – ability to dissect data in multiple ways and drive conclusions

Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve processes, actively driving opportunities to resolution.

High attention to detail

Ability to structure, monitor and validate data to ensure data integrity

Speaking English fluently


At least 2 years in a sales or operations-oriented data analyst role (high-growth startup, tech or SaaS environments highly preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or similar

Experience building dashboards and analyzing data sets to solve problems

Comfortable in a dynamic structure with a strong desire to grow along with the company.
