Your tasks will be



    
  • Take part in the objective planning of the sales team
  • 

  • Provide the team with leadership and ensure that they are capable of reaching their goals
  • 

  • Supervise and overview the planning and implementation of outbound sales campaigns to bring qualified leads, supervise the tracking of the sales team’s results and build reports for management
  • 

  • Validate customers needs and goals, collect customer feedback, analyze obstacles and provide solutions
  • 

  • Take care of incoming leads and drive them through the whole sales cycle, incl. the administration
  • 

  • Assess current sales processes, identify opportunities for improvements and implement them
  • 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on common campaigns as well as for building new sales materials
  •

Salary range



Gross monthly salary range: 700 000 - 890 000 HUF + bonus
