Sales Development Representative

Job description

Note: Fluent German is required for this role

As our Sales Development Representative you'll be part of the Sales team, reaching out to potential clients, helping close deals and onboard new clients to Resourcify. You’ll also be responsible for managing the current portfolio of clients. Through your networking and relationship-building skills you'll be able to create long-term partnerships and long-term relationships with B2B decision-makers, while helping us drive the future of recycling.

What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with our CCO to grow Resourcify’s client base
  • Be responsible for your sales funnel (from making cold-calls and processing leads, to closing deals)
  • Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers in medium /enterprise companies
  • Be an ambassador for our company and help sell our vision!
  • Build an SDR playbook with best practices for selling Resourcify

Job requirements



We would love it if you had:

  • The ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on, driven approach
  • Experience selling B2B tech or working in a SaaS company
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English

It’s also great if you have:

  • Experience working in a startup
  • Experience using a CRM tool, preferably HubSpot
  • A genuine passion for recycling, technology and people
  • A large existing network in the production, medical, or retail industry
