Sales Development (Entrepreneur in Residence) (f/m/d)

Be our first full-time employee (next to the office Head) in our newly opened Hamburg office and help us develop the German market. Our headquarter is based in Vienna and where we already managed to grow to 25 employees and over 100 customers. As a next logical step, we are increasing our presence in the German market where we could already prove a strong product-market fit. Together we want to revolutionize the online marketing space with our proprietary AI-based software and give our customers (online shops) an effective tool to succeed in the digital world. Be part of the journey! Target salary ~50k per year.

Your tasks

  • Co-develop the go-to-market strategy in Germany and identify target customer segments.
  • Work with the growth and business development team to identify and research relevant sales targets in Germany.
  • Handle lead qualification, software demos and closing of inbound/outbound leads end-to-end.
  • Understand customer needs and gather key information to further develop our sales process.
  • Own the client relationship and identify upsell opportunities with existing clients.

Your qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ambitious team player with a great interest in sales and digitalization.
  • +1 year of work experience (ideally in sales or online marketing).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels.
  • Analytical mindset to identify data-driven sales opportunities.
  • (Near) native fluency in German and English.
  • Curiosity for SaaS, E-Commerce and continuous learning.
