Our Brokerage area is growing and we are looking for real estate advisors , to manage the entire process of capturing and selling Real Estate, intermediating and providing guidance to home sellers and buyers. To do this, you will rely on our own cutting-edge technology to offer a quality service and transparency to clients in all phases of the process.

    Here are some challenges you will encounter:

    • Manage and attend to assigned leads, as well as generate your own leads, creating your own client portfolio.
    • Provide financial, economic and commercial guidance to sellers and buyers in the marketing and purchase of properties at the correct price in the best conditions.
    • Intermediate negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest treatment.
    • Carry out a comparative market analysis to estimate the value of the properties.
    • Show and market real estate to potential buyers.
    • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
    • Network and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
    • Promote sales through advertisements and listing services.
    • Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.

    You are our person if you have…

    • You have at least  year of experience performing recruitment and sales functions in the Real Estate sector. 
    • You have a passion for sales, Real Estate and would love to be part of the modernization of the sector.
    • You have a clear goal and result orientation.
    • You put the customer at the center and you like dealing with people.
    • You enjoy dynamic jobs and changing and flexible environments.
    • Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent.
    • You consider yourself a proactive person, capable of pushing to meet objectives and managing the relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.

    Some things that will help you succeed in the position:

    • Fluent English: although it is not an essential requirement, it would help you take advantage of working in an international environment.
