What will you be managing in this role 👩‍💻

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our publisher partnerships team. Based in London, this role is to provide a best-in class service to a portfolio of game publishers in the UK and Europe.

The right candidate will be results orientated and will be tasked to scale a portfolio of games publishers through increasing monetization efforts using Admix’s market leading in-play ad monetisation platform.


Key responsibilities in this role 👩‍💻

  • A key member of the Account Management team, working with the VP of Publisher Partnerships, Publisher Sales and TAM teams to develop and implement a best-in-class Account Management service.
  • Growing existing supply partnerships in the UK and Europe by developing initiatives, best practices, proactively identifying opportunities and pioneering new methods to scale partners. (Travel may be necessary).
  • Working closely with our technical support team to manage the publisher onboarding process with the Admix SDK and our SSP/ direct partners.
  • Working closely with the direct and programmatic demand teams to maximise CPMs and fill rates for our publishers.
  • Deliver performance reviews for publishers using data-driven and actionable insights.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in-market and evangelising Admix at events, functions, networking and more
  • Beta testing and roll out of new features and products to our publishers.


What we’re looking for 💪

  • 2-5 years of account management experience in the mobile tech space.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and manage key stakeholder requests (written/verbal).
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, monitor, and analyze trends through the use of business intelligence generated reports.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated to managing accounts.
  • Consistently demonstrates a ‘growth mindset’; embracing continuous learning; challenging the status quo, being brave ‘failing fast’ and rapidly iterating.
  • Naturally organised with an eye for detail and the ability to turn data into insight/ opportunity.
  • Driven and ambitious - the business as a whole is growing quickly, and will suit an individual who can adapt quickly in a fast changing environment.
