Who you are:

You are an experienced Product Manager who is keen to solve problems and take on challenges.  

You will bring your experience to help us structure our way of working across software development teams, reduce the number of competing priorities, and facilitate in building critical paths alongside product managers and product designers.

Your mission will be supported by a strong group of product managers, software developers, designers, and marketing specialists - delivering on a roadmap that helps to enable our product to evolve so it becomes even more scalable, stable, and overall remarkable.


Are you ready for this?

We define Ready as:

  • A proven track record in continuous optimisation/further improvement of a successful product (3+ years as a Product Manager)
  • Experience working with cross-functional remote teams
  • Having worked in an Agile environment
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to hold two contradictory ideas in mind at the same time and be able to act, make decisions and improve
  • Ability to enable different teams and team members to discover products or features that are valuable, usable, and feasible to create
  • Familiarity with developer engineering workflows
  • Native or excellent German and very good English language skills

Also, it is nice to have:

  • Technical knowledge
  • Agile Product Owner certification
  • Experience in Social media Platforms and SaaS Products

In the Product team you will join:

  • Sunny - our Product Manager, who joined Swat.io in early 2020. Being a CSPO Certified Scrum Product Owner, she is not only close to the customers' wishes and feedback but also works closely across teams to add even more value to our product.
  • Aurelian - our Head of Product, and your contact person, who is doing Ironman Triathlons in his free time, when not thinking about Software and Product topics.
  • Maggie - our Product UI/UX designer, who joined Swat.io in early 2021. She loves to give presentations in front of large audiences and to mentor other UI/UX designers in her free time, when not thinking about how to solve interesting problems.
  • Matthias - our Product UI/UX designer, who enjoys watching and analysing movies. He also loves to ride his bike in his free time, when not thinking about how to solve interesting problems.
