Your responsibilities
  • Define and maintain product roadmap together with the Product team and in coordination with the company’s management team
  • Own project scope, milestones, timelines and deliverables and manage the communication with the teams and the stakeholders
  • Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Translate concepts to inputs for the UI/UX design team
  • Create product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Your profile
  • At least 3 years of experience in the electronics industry as product or project manager, technical lead, application engineer, or in a similar position
  • Ability to understand electronics industry, business relationships between component manufacturers, distributors, engineering companies, EDA software and EMSs and apply those insights in product development
  • Fluent English — both verbal and written, speaking German is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle is a plus
  • Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, Agile/Scrum and web technologies is a plus
  • You are a team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a balance between short-term delivery and longer-term strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable at collaborating with cross-functional teams
