Kodit.io was founded in 2017 with the aim of simplifying the home selling and buying experience. We are on a mission to give everyone the freedom to sell and buy their home quickly and with zero hassle. We use technology to provide home sellers with instant cash offers, and after renovation, we offer move-in-ready homes to buyers. Kodit.io has recently been recognised as the Finnish startup of the year (Nordic Startup Awards) and one of Europe's hottest scale-ups (Adyen x TNW - Tech5).

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team in Warsaw, Poland on our mission to make buying and selling homes fast, simple and safe.

The Product & Design team is working on creating useful and usable digital products and services for both our customers and our internal operations. We discover problems and opportunities that our team faces, and build solutions to make their work better and more efficient. We collaborate with other customer-facing teams to make home buying and selling the best possible experience for our customers.


  • Lead the product discovery & delivery on one of our cross-functional product teams across all Kodit.io geographies (Poland, Finland & Spain).

  • Interface with local users, helping product discovery and rollout and adoption of internal tools in Poland.

  • Coordinate with other Kodit.io Product Managers to improve the product strategy and create the product roadmap and goals.

What is required to succeed in this role:

  • You have a good understanding of digital products and services and some work experience as a product manager, or developer.

  • You know how to discover product requirements, needs & opportunities that our internal and external users have.

  • You know how to tackle risks & shape products.

  • You know how to deliver products. You know how to create specs, clarify, prioritize, and collaborate with developers, product designers and marketers.

  • You are eager to learn, understand new things, and solve problems.

  • You are collaborative, communicative, and empathic - with colleagues, users, or customers.

  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.

  • You are organized and can work in a dynamic environment.

Based on the candidate’s skills and experience, this role can include one of the following additional areas:

  • Designer: Design prototypes, wireframes, or final visual user interfaces that our users and customers will be experiencing;

  • Growth: Work on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, advertising, SEO, content marketing, or other growth efforts;

  • Software: Contribute to the software development of our websites and applications.
