Introduction

As Performance Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving leads and creating demand on various channels and several platforms. As the first person at Legal OS focusing solely on performance marketing you will build the necessary infrastructure and experiment in alignment with the marketing and sales team. You will be responsible for generating data-driven insights feeding back into your next experiments and our go-to-market strategy. You will double down on the channel that works.

Your mission

Your mission is to generate leads (MQLs and prospects), drive demand, and build brand awareness through campaigns.

You define the tool setup & infrastructure and optimize continually.

You will work with the marketing and executive team to ideate, prepare, execute and analyze performance campaigns on various channels.

You’ll be an integral part of defining our performance marketing strategy in alignment with the overall marketing and company strategy.

About you
  • Experience in a multi-channel performance marketing/paid media role.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through paid channels, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • You seek out and analyze data to decide the best course of action and have a track record to show for.
  • You experiment, iterate and repeat to find out what works and then double down on it.
  • You bring hands-on experience with all of the relevant tools to manage performance marketing (ad platforms, analytics tools, CRM, etc)
  • Very good command of English (German is a huge plus.)
