The team:

We are a scale-up with 75+ team members and functional collaborators in 6 different locations. We are growing across Europe by building up small and nimble high-impact teams. In this role you will be given a variety of tasks in our Legal and People departments:

Legal Support:

  •  Support with KYC and AML requests from external stakeholders
  • Assist in all matters of corporate housekeeping
  • General recordkeeping for corporate legal matters
  • Keeping relevant registers up-to-date
  • Drawing up legal agreements (from templates) as well as routine correspondence
  • Providing legal services in relation to reviewing, drafting, signature collection and filing of legal documentation
  • Support in legal project management
  • Implementing, handling and management of legal and corporate documentation system and databases
  • Assist the legal department in liaising with external service providers (e.g., law firms, notaries, accountants, translation firms)
  • Being involved in ensuring legal compliance of corporate matters for all group companies

 HR Data management

  • Keeping track and updating employees data / HR Master Doc / Dutch Insurance Doc on Factris employees and contractors
  • Support in the Employee Share Options Programme Administration 
  • Responsible for submitting new or extensions for expat VISAs and resident permits applications and their re-extensions 
  • Drafting terminations / settlement agreements / other HR letters as required 
  • Auditing, and maintaining, drafting all employment contracts and related HR agreements and letters 

  • Making all employment related agreements in English and / or dual language across the group English across the group

Office tasks:

  • Managing office supplies such as stationary, coffees, drinks, and fruits and snacks for the Amsterdam office  
  • Arranging Amsterdam office lunches rota with selected suppliers
  • Taking care of our Amsterdam office post / correspondence
