We are looking for an Operations manager to join our team in the Philippines - remotely. You will manage our operations team and contribute to our marketplace ops.

  • Lead a team of local marketplace operators in the Philippines
  • Run fulfillment operations to help our global team meet its targets
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to resolve executional blockers
  • Maintain high-level data & reports, and track KPIs on ops processes to ensure process consistency
  • Mentor your team; educate them to follow internal processes


  • Proven ability to own & deliver a task
  • Demonstrated ability to rally a team of troops to meet demanding targets
  • Experience in fast-paced & high-intensity environments; willingness to become a maritime expert collaborate with diverse teams & learn about new technologies
  • BSc/BA in STEM/Business/Finance or a related discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Bonus points

  • Experience working in a venture-backed startup or with a digital product/software
  • Basic understanding of the maritime industry
