Job Description

At Bnext we are looking for a Junior Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team. If you are interested in AML-CFT and financial regulation, have a great desire to learn and have a great ability to work in a team, this position is for you.


Main Responsibilities

  • Know, watch over and promote the implementation of the Compliance program as well as detect possible aspects of improvement carrying out the necessary measures to ensure its development.
  • Address the requirements of regulatory authorities and external collaborators in matters of PBC-FT, fraud and matters related to the company's normal operations, managing part of them autonomously.
  • Analysis of the alerts derived from the control of client registration and the monitoring of suspicious activity of the entity's clients.
  • Support in the preparation, review and updating of manuals and internal procedures on PBC-FT, fraud control, transparency and commercial policies and other regulatory issues.
  • Support in the review of the company's commercial communications based on internal manuals and financial and advertising regulations.
  • Support in the coordination, review and presentation of periodic reports to the Bank of Spain and SEPBLAC.
  • Work closely with the business' front line defense teams to align fraud control messages and techniques or similar.

  • Degree in Law and/or Business Administration and Management.
  • Interest in training in PBC-FT and financial regulation.
