What we are looking for

A product-centric approach towards our customers is in Airbank's DNA. We're looking for a ​junior account strategist (internship) that helps our customers to achieve their short and long-term goals by establishing business strategies and guidelines. As account strategist ​you gather and analyse data, review feedback from customers, conduct risk assessments, perform research and analysis to identify the weaknesses and strengths of existing ​products, develop reports and presentations, and implement solutions against problem areas while working together with account managers and analysts. 

In this role, you will ​fully immerse in Airbank's revenue function and get exposure to address customer feedback, develop mitigation strategies and ​improve our NPS-based client satisfaction.

What you will be responsible for
  • Assist in creating account strategy plans to meet business objectives and manage strategic relationships with key users
  • Interact extensively with account managers and clients to determine key product issues and identify opportunities that deliver strong ROI.
  • Schedule research sessions with UX researchers and identify new avenues for product-led growth. You develop positive working relationship with customers and drive their loyalty.
  • Generate account reports on both periodic and adhoc basis. You gain intelligence and formulate strategic directions utilising our data analytics and modelling techniques.
  • Assist in developing effective business proposals for our customer base.
  • Optimise account activities to increase our MAUs, recurring revenues and overall business goals.
  • Analyse online campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Your profile

  • You have gathered first work experiences in a Strategy Consulting, VC, or roles in technology companies, best if B2B.

  • You have a good sense of prioritisation and organisation.
  • You love working in a real fast-pacing environment: As we are launching across countries, priorities and strategies may shift rapidly and you'll be in the driver's seat.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the financial management sector. Some understanding of the fintech industry is a plus.
  • You have a sincere interest in product strategy, product marketing, go-to-market strategy or strategy consulting.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision.
  • You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local.
  • You are comfortable with operating with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Languages: Fluency in English. Proficiency in German is a plus
