Essential position responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle recruiting process and define the best talents according to our business needs;
- Use creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source, and engage candidates;
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
- 3+ years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter, including experience with proactive sourcing, the candidate offers and closing vacancies, trend awareness;
- Experience working with international candidates in different time zones and cultures;
- Experience analyzing data, developing and articulating recommendations for actions based on the data analysis;
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Commitment, team orientation, and genuine interest in different IT fields.
