Are you a HR & Recruiting talent with strong interpersonal skills? Is sustainability important to you, and would you like to take a big step towards an energy-efficient future? If, in addition to that, you are a strong communicator, join our young and dynamic team as an HR & Recruiting Generalist.

We are LEDCity, a cleantech start-up founded in Zurich, with the goal of reducing energy consumption in the lighting sector worldwide by 80 %. To achieve this, we are developing a globally applicable lighting system that uses sensors to control the lighting according to demand.

Tasks

  • For our company to grow further, we want to attract the brightest minds: You will be responsible for recruiting talented individuals and write job offers, screen applicants, organize, hold interviews and draft contracts of employment.
  • You will organize and attend various career fairs at universities and other institutions.
  • Responsibility of the entry process of employees.
  • You will support the HR in various administrative tasks such as organizing staff appraisals or team events.
  • To enable us to work more efficiently, you will help implement a Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

Requirements

Your Must Have's:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or similar with further education in HR.
  • Broad knowledge in Swiss labor law.
  • Solid experience in the recruitment and active sourcing of IT and Sales professionals via LinkedIn, Join and/or other tools.
  • You are emotionally intelligent, friendly and communicative. These skills allow you to connect with potential candidates and ask the right questions.
  • You are eager to achieve our growth goals and can motivate others easily.
  • Good written and oral German and excellent English skills.
  • You are a seasoned Microsoft Office user and work in a structured way.
  • You possess hands-on mentality with a strong willingness to learn as a start-up requires as well as start-up mentality and the necessary portion of flexibility.

Your Nice to Have’s:

  • A degree in Swiss Law or broad knowledge in this area.
  • You know how to use Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator).
  • Next to German, you speak French or Spanish.
