Your mission
  • In this position, you will actively contribute to the further development of the entire company and manage your sales team as an experienced manager.   
  • As Head of Sales you are responsible for the dynamic management of all sales activities in the Czech Republic.
  • The identification, recruitment, development, and management of your new sales team is in your hands.
  • You identify market trends, market opportunities, observe the competition and implement the corporate strategy together with the management team.
  • You define the sales strategy and contribute to reasonably scaling our fast-growing new business in the Czech Republic.
  • You are the link between Product & Tech and Operations and ensure a smooth flow of our digital business model with these teams. 
Your profile
  • You have a degree in business administration or technical studies - alternatively a corresponding education with several years of professional experience.
  • During your career, you gained several years of experience in a responsible sales position, including several years of management experience, within the construction industry or a manufacturing industry.
  • As an experienced and committed manager, you know how to direct and motivate your team. You want to make a difference with your leadership performance and see yourself as a passionate team player.
  • You are familiar with leading CRM systems and know how to use them data-based in the interest of the business.
  • You are customer-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure. Especially in the initial phase a high willingness to travel is required.
  • Your working style is characterized by strong communication skills in English and ideally also in German as well as being responsible, independent and team-oriented.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain cooperative relationships are among your strengths.
