<p>As a Head of People, <strong>you will join our international team</strong> with the goal to build the best in class and happiest team for Echo Analytics. You’ll do it by creating a recruiting team targeting exceptional talent and setting up company HR policies and systems. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop a hiring team focused on finding the best tech and business talents in Paris and remotely. </li>
<li>Provide guidance and training to Hiring Managers on top notch hiring processes </li>
<li>Keep up the company morale with organizing events and listening to employee feedback</li>
<li>Participate in strategic planning and forecasting with the ExCom team to map future hiring needs and develop staffing plans </li>
<li>Take the ownership of building, maintaining, and improving the hiring machine for Sales & Tech </li>
<li>Lead and make decisions through data </li>
<li>Be innovative and test different recruitment strategies to drive the best possible results </li>
<li>Be a champion and leader of our employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Team. </li>
<li>Work cross-functionally to bring new ideas to the table and continue to fuel the Echo’s growth</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in a fast-growing company/scale-up in a relevant HR position (Head of People, Chief of Staff, Head of HR). </li>
<li>HR Generalist – from recruitment to benefits </li>
<li>Strong business acumen and creativity in approaching problems. </li>
<li>Love both strategic and operational work. </li>
<li>Great knowledge of the talent acquisition tactics and willingness to try new approaches. </li>
