Your mission

Lead and expand our Business Development team at Bitpanda. Leading strategic deal-making effort to improve Bitpanda’s global and regional partnerships offering to increase user acquisition and revenue. Full responsibility for driving future revenue growth through partnerships and network.

Your focus

    • Identifying new partnerships to deliver on key revenue revenue targets for Bitpanda
    • Pitching and closing partnership deals bringing the best products and features at the best value for our customers
    • Proactively seeking out opportunities and negotiating and closing awesome Perks for Bitpanda products offering
    • Constantly evaluating & analyzing existing relationship with our current partners and continuously improving them
    • Working independently to lead cross-functional partnership & project initiatives
    • Managing large projects across the global organisation and supporting other departments with their delivery to maximize efficiency
    • Build resources, content, and processes to ensure the team is effectively meeting goals and deliverables with partners
    • Run team meetings efficiently and optimally, with the ability to connect dots and influence key decisions
    • Regularly communicate project/initiative progress to senior leadership, identifying any issues, and developing action plans to address them

Why you

    • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial services/fintech/consulting/high-performance environment
    • You are a true networker; you love to get in touch with new people and discover new opportunities
    • You have a degree in Business administration or a related field
    • You are up to date with industry insights and the latest trends
    • You are fluent in English
    • Trading experience with different financial assets is a big plus
