We are looking for an Engineering Manager, a balance of people and product development you will be able to successfully deliver projects together with their team based on the defined goals.

As an Engineering Manager, you own the who, when and how of the product engineering effort, running a multi-disciplinary team of cross-functional team members. You are responsible for developing, nurturing and growing the talent of members of the team and providing them with the support and guidance to develop their careers. You also ensure that the team delivers to a high standard and iterates rapidly and consistently on the product we are working on

The engineering manager is responsible for the delivery of our future product. In this role you will manage our future product requirements, aligning on roadmaps with the relevant stakeholders, and deducting a product backlog on which you will deliver together with your team. You are ensuring that clear goals and KPIs are defined, to enable your team to work efficiently towards the desired outcome.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Project and delivery management of complex products

  • Team leadership & line management of team members

  • Collaboration with the relevant stakeholders

  • Backlog & roadmap management

  • Actively managing risks and opportunities

What it takes:


  • Methodical and agile project management experience

  • Working in cross functional teams

  • Leadership experience

  • At least 3 years experience as an Engineering Manager leading on people and delivery

  • Have been through the cycle of defining, planning, executing, and operating hardware products several times.

  • Requirements management experience

  • Technical background in robotics & automation or similar areas

Nice to haves:


  • Product Management

  • Defining project KPIs

  • Definition of technical architectures

  • Experience with safety & compliance
