We are looking for an experienced leader to work directly with our CEO to develop innovative new offerings and products, using the world’s first Causal AI platform. Working at the forefront of AI innovation and using your broad industry knowledge, you will prototype and build scalable solutions, with significant addressable markets, that can be solved using Causal AI.

As a key report into our CEO, you’ll have a front row seat to a world leading startup and be empowered to impact our growth.

For this role, the successful candidate will need a breadth of experience covering strategy, innovation, product development, sales & commercial, and delivery. You’ll be responsible for building out your team to deliver on the vast untapped potential of Causal AI. This role offers exceptional room for growth.

You will...

  • Be responsible for ‘special projects’ from the kernel of an idea through to live, revenue generating initiatives

  • Incubate new and innovative offerings across industry/functions: either through your own ideation or in response to customer demands

  • Build a high performing, cross-functional, team of marketers, data scientists, engineers and product.

  • Work directly with customers to pilot new solutions, ensure success and prove ROI before scaling.

  • Be a key contributor to our innovation led growth.

Job requirements

  • Innovation: You’ve developed innovative products, offerings or services in data/AI and love taking the lead to help scale commercially successful offerings.

  • Product mindset: you have deep experience in bringing products to life, from a back of napkin to a scalable product. You’re experienced in working directly with customers to act as their voice, whilst also being comfortable managing an exceptional team of engineers and data scientists to deliver your vision.

  • Sales: You have successfully shaped and sold commercial deals. You understand B2B sales and have experience of traversing an enterprise to close deals. You understand how to position innovative technologies at the heart of our customer’s strategies.

  • You’ve worked with the C-Suite directly - either as an advisor or in an executor role.

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Able to produce high quality presentations & documentations which can be shared with senior clients and internally to the C-suite.

  • Someone with a keen eye for detail who is creative & resilient

  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills

  • Well developed leadership, influencing & negotiation skills

  • A passion and belief in the transformative power of AI, particularly causal AI

  • You have experience in either consulting, investment banking or at a high growth startup in a similar role.

  • You’ve worked across many industries and functions with both breadth and depth and have delivered data or AI led innovation in a range of contexts.
