Job description
What you will be doing
- Own product roadmap and weekly release cycle, working directly with the CEO;
- Analyse user analytics data to inform product decisions;
- Collaborate with the our highly experienced engineering team, designer and CEO to define product direction and features;
- Design and build Opal on iOS and all future platforms;
- Test UI/UX with live users and in user interviews / surveys to identify opportunities to improve the product;
Examples of recent projects
- Coordinate weekly release cycles and AB tests: establish key goals, build dashboards and process to track KPIs, analyze learnings, present to the team.
- Weekly CEO brief: Each week, you can communicate to the CEO the most important thing we learned and how, what we are changing in product this week, a larger feature we are working on, when we will release and how we will test it.
- Prioritize roadmap: define and prioritize features based on KPI goals, gem needs, engineering resourcing, partnering with engineering leadership.
- Design UX research process: define recurring process to collect quantitative and qualitative data from our current subscribers weekly.
- Digital Health Score Feature: defining Opal’s digital health score, in-depth market research, host user interviews, technical coordination with engineering and design exploration.
- Build an MVP for a new feature: in-depth market research, host user interviews, competitive analysis, and technical and design exploration.
- User Research for Opal Multiplayer: define core needs and user stories to disconnect together, organize interviews, product prototype and iterate based on gem feedback.

Preferred experience
What you should bring along
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a high growth consumer product;
- Logic, and analytical mindset to set goals and conclude experiments;
- Empathy, an outstanding interest for human psychology and desire to help people. Clarity of communication, ability to give feedback;
- An eye for typography, grids, colors, and motion, tying all of these elements together with great attention to detail;
- Strong organization skills — you can get guide others, provide structure and justify priorities. You develop tunnel vision when required and are willing to say no;
- Motivated by user feedback — you love the opportunity to learn from users and analytics (Amplitude) to understand user behavior and unmet needs;
- Experience with all stages of the product development process, from research and concept development to final production and rollout;
- Entrepreneur mindset to seek opportunities to help with all aspects of the business;
- Fluent in Github Issues, Amplitude, Figma;
- Motivated by user feedback — you love the opportunity to learn from users and analytics (Amplitude) to understand user behavior and unmet needs;
- Experience with all stages of the product development process, from research and concept development to final production and rollout;
- Entrepreneur mindset to seek opportunities to help with all aspects of the business;
- Fluent in Github Issues, Amplitude, Figma
Would be nice to have
- Familiar with mobile consumer subscriptions;
- Interest for mindfulness science and research; and positive psychology;
- Passion for saving people’s time, helping people feel better and/or mindfulness in general.
