The role

As a Founders Associate, you will be the right hand of the CEO, COO and CTO in order to maximize their output, while being able to work with great independence and ownership. By doing so, you will get deep insights and learn a lot about the dynamic start-up environment and gain a deep understanding of the highly technical product. Next to day-to-day supporting the founders you will also be given an opportunity to take over the responsibility for specialized projects in Fernride.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities   

  • Participate in how to reach and execute strategic decisions     
  • Support in managing (externally/internally) an organization that grows from 25 to 250 employees in the next 24 months    
  • Participate in investor relations, budget planning and controlling, fundraising, startup operations & legal issues    
  • Managing relationships to many stakeholders (inside and outside of the company)
About you

Hard Skills:

  • Entrepreneurial thinking    
  • Very well organized    
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a comparable position, preferably in a tech environment/industry
  • Outstanding work ethics    
  • Thirst for learning
  • Speak and write German as well as English on an excellent level

Soft Skills:

  • You are all about attention to details
  • You are well structured and systematic in your day-to-day tasks
  • You have the perseverance in your job and a hands-on mentality 
  • You are able to establish immediate trust relationships with peers, senior leadership and external partners
