The Opportunity

At Aveo, our mission is to empower people to take on the jobs of tomorrow. We start by building and running cohort-based programs and work with subject-matter experts to build original content with practical relevance.

Prior to starting Aveo, we have spent time in the manufacturing industry (eg. ZEISS, Siemens), on the investment side (P9 Capital) investing in various fast-growing B2B startups worldwide, built communities, and were teaching people ourselves (eg. at Columbia Business School).

What you will do

As an entrepreneur in residence, your mission is to identify, prioritize and execute high-value, cross-functional business development projects to drive our growth.

  • You will develop and execute smart experiments to validate business opportunities together with the founding team and customers
  • You will identify, prioritize and execute high-value, cross-functional business development projects such as client workshops or structuring partnerships
  • You support the day-to-day business with organizational tasks and try to automate as much as possible by using no-code tools

Who you are

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • You have multiple years of experience in a fast-paced international environment
  • You are striving for excellence and like to take ownership
  • You understand that communication and a structured way of working are key to move fast
  • You are passionate about technology and ideally about helping others to achieve their full potential
  • You have stellar written communication and documentation skills in English
  • Bonus: experience in using no-code tools is a plus - if not, you learn it :)
