In this role, you'll work as a Digital Project Manager with a specialized team on selected clients. You will be responsible for (agile) project management end-to-end, working closely with software developers in your team and the product team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage both the client and the project
  • Be the main point of contact for client requests and serve as the voice of the client
  • Analyze client requirements to understand business needs and align the project timeline
  • Create technical specifications and internal documentation
  • Plan efforts and milestones including detailed requirement definition together with the Software Development Lead
  • Prioritize and manage the project scope and task backlog
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Lead and the Software Development Lead in regards to feasibility and impediments
  • Technical configuration of the product
  • Test project deliverables continuously
  • Continuous project controlling
  • Create client documentation throughout the project (e.g. feature descriptions, workflow charts, etc.)

Skills & Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital or agile project management 
  • Technical background or high interest in online technologies
  • Experience with CMS (e.g. Drupal) or project management tools 
  • Excellent skills in office applications (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Excellent self and time management skills
  • Ability to work in remote teams
  • Very good communication skills in German and English (C1/C2 or native for both languages)
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus
  • Knowledge in HTML and CSS is a plus
