Customer Verification Specialist
As a Customer Verification Specialist you will join an ambitious team of highly motivated, talented Tideans who love to collaborate, and are driven by helping people achieve their business ambitions. Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Working on being the first line of defense in our battle against financial crime;
- Preparing client-specific KYC related analysis and complete on-boarding due diligence where required;
- Be central in liaising with internal compliance personnel on the shaping and application of KYC policy;
- Reviewing transaction alerts, spotting inconsistencies and escalating accounts with financial crime concerns.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- You have previous client service experience, especially in the KYC area, would be a plus but not a must;
- You are having attention to detail and be fluent in English - both written and verbal;
- You are willing to verify and help our members via email (no phone calls);
- You have an analytical mind – able to digest large data sets and spot patterns and trends with ease;
- You would like to learn and manage in a constantly changing environment;
- You will be willing to work weekends, not every but some.
