We are looking for an experienced English-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join our growing organisation and make our users super successful in using Shapr3D. You will be responsible for ensuring an optimal user experience from onboarding all the way to professional use. We’re looking for you if you are an empathetic, high-energy person who is excited about the CAD/manufacturing industry.

Within the organization:

You will work cross-functionally with the Customer Support, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver customer onboarding and provide feedback on product roadmaps and feature improvements. You’ll report directly to our CEO.

What you'll do?

  • Drive onboarding engagements for high-value customers
  • Advice and assist potential customers by helping them evaluate and implement Shapr3D into their workflows
  • Drive retention by building strong customer relationships with frequent proactive engagement and communication
  • Work closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring the customer voice into their key conversations
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities
  • Leverage tools and automation to manage customer relationships and establish required touchpoints with customers

In an ideal world, you have

  • 2+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing role such as Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, etc.
  • Proven track record in supporting the adoption of products and technology by customers
  • Native or close to native English speaker skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A “get things done” mentality
